水嘴金属污染物析出前处理试验装置

（一）依据标准：

这些测试机器主要依据的国家及行业标准包括但不限于：GB 18145-2014《陶瓷片密封水嘴》、QB 1334-2004《水嘴通用技术条件》、JC 1043-2007《水嘴铅析出限量》、HJ 411-2007《环境标志产品技术要求水嘴》等。这些标准对水龙头和水嘴的重金属析出量、卫生指标以及测试方法等都做了详细规定。

（二）主要检测项目：

水龙头重金属析出：主要检测水龙头在使用过程中可能析出的重金属含量，如铅、铬、镉等。

水嘴重金属浸泡：通过模拟水嘴在长时间使用过程中的浸泡环境，检测其重金属析出情况。

重金属含量分析：对水龙头和水嘴材料进行化学分析，测定其重金属含量是否符合标准。

ICP分析：利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪（ICP-MS）对水样中的重金属进行定量分析。

卫生软管铅、铬检测：对卫生软管材料进行铅、铬等重金属含量的检测。

(2) Main Detection Items:

Heavy metal leaching in faucets: mainly detect the content of heavy metals that may be leached out during use, such as lead, chromium, cadmium.

Heavy metal soaking in water siphons: simulate the soaking environment during long-term use of water siphons to detect their heavy metal leaching situation.

Analysis of heavy metal content: conduct chemical analysis on the materials of faucets and water siphons to determine whether their heavy metal content meets the standard.

ICP analysis: use inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) to quantitatively analyze the heavy metals in water samples.

Lead and chromium detection in sanitary hoses: detect the content of lead and chromium in sanitary hoses materials.
