​​ I. Overview ​

This test apparatus is designed in accordance with Article 22.32 of ​​GB 4706.1-2024 "Safety of Household and Similar Appliances-Part 1: General Requirements" to evaluate the tight sintering performance of ceramic materials. Through high-pressure carmine solution permeation testing, it verifies whether the internal porosity of ceramic components meets standard specifications, thereby ensuring their electrical insulation properties and mechanical strength.

· Household electrical ceramic components (such as smart toilet ceramic matrix, insulated ceramic components, etc.);
· Sintering density testing of industrial ceramic materials.

IV. Working principle ​​
1.​​ Sample preparation ​​: The ceramic material is crushed into 5mm × 5mm fragments and the surface is cleaned;
2.​​ Solution filling ​​: inject alkaline carmine solution (1g carmine /100mL alcohol), immerse the sample;
3.​​ Pressure permeation ​​:
oManual mode: pressurize to 15MPa step by step through the hydraulic pump;
oAutomatic mode: preset pressure and time (such as 15MPa×12 hours), the equipment automatically completes;
4.​​ Result determination ​​: Take out the sample and check the section after flushing. If there is no red infiltration, it is qualified.
