一、概述
本试验机依据GB 4706.53-2024《家用和类似用途电器的安全第53部分坐便器的特殊要求》标准设计,用于智能坐便器及类似产品的机械强度测试。系统包含机械强度试验机(PLC+HMI控制,带移动轮),支持多工位测试及集中控制,满足实验室空间限制及安全操作要求。;

二、技术参数
· 垂直坐垫坐便器施加力:0~3000N,可设置,静态测试力值±1%N,动态测试力值±3%N (10min);

I. Overview
This testing machine is designed in accordance with the GB 4706.53-2024 standard "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances-Part 53: Special Requirements for Toilet Seats", specifically designed for mechanical strength testing of smart toilet seats and similar products. The system features a PLC + HMI-controlled mobile testing machine with multi-station capability and centralized control, effectively addressing laboratory space constraints while ensuring safe operational requirements.

II. Technical parameters
1. Device size and capacity

2. Load control

3. Position adjustment range of electric cylinder
· One set of motor + precision screw rod device + manual moving pulley is adopted in XY2 direction, and the position is adjusted by clicking button, and the adjustment range is ±400mm.
4. Materials and structure
· The structural frame adopts 80mm*80mm aluminum profile as the theme, the base plate is made of carbon steel spray plastic, and the connectors are made of aluminum alloy.
5. Safety and environmental protection
· Protection function: overheating protection, phase loss protection, short circuit protection and other safety protection measures.
· According to industry standards and national standards, the noise of equipment is less than or equal to 75dB (measured at a distance of 1-1.5 meters from the noise source).

Iv. Working Principle
The equipment is equipped with four electric cylinder systems on the left, right, top, and front to apply loading forces in four directions. Additionally, it features a mechanism on the right side for lifting and lowering the seat cover and seat cushion, enabling opening/closing tests of these components. To ensure perpendicular alignment between the force application area and the load-bearing area, the system allows vertical adjustment along the Z-axis and enables rotational fine-tuning within the force measurement plane.
