一、概述
试验箱依据GBT 4706.53-2024和GB/T 34549-2024标准设计,用于智能座便器等产品的氨气/盐酸环境防锈试验,支持氨气或盐酸试验,可定制和一对多控制。系统包括试验箱和废气处理装置,均带PLC+HMI控制和移动轮,支持多箱互联集中控制。适用于各类电子坐便器及相关组件。

I. Overview
This test chamber is designed in compliance with GBT 4706.53-2024 and GB/T 34549-2024 standards, specifically for ammonia/hydrochloric acid corrosion resistance testing of smart toilet seats and similar products. It features dual-function operation with customizable configurations for separate ammonia or hydrochloric acid testing, supporting one-to-many control. The system comprises an ammonia/hydrochloric acid chamber (PLC + HMI control, mobile wheels) and an exhaust treatment unit (PLC + HMI control, mobile wheels). The design enables interconnection and centralized control of multiple chambers, effectively addressing laboratory space constraints while ensuring safe emission compliance.
Applicable to molded electronic toilet, packaged electronic toilet, frozen electronic toilet, vacuum electronic toilet; automatic lid device, heating seat, spray wash seat classified toilet;
