2. 采集控制器为2通道氨气分析仪,测试范围0~100%,分辨率0.01mg/m³,精度在10%以内。环境内需增设氨气浓度报警器,以确保安全。传感器校准需遵循标准要求。用户应严格管理氨气,并采取防爆措施。
3. 系统集成分为两部分:管道及样品安装部分,以及氨气浓度分析仪的仪表箱。
4. 在上下游管道旁路各安装一个调节阀,用于泄压或排空腔体气体。
