2. 1.1应满足以下功能要求
测试台可用于挂墙马桶和落地马桶的以下测试项目:

1.2技术要求
1.2.0供水动压0-0.6Mpa,压差不超过35kpa时,流量不小于38L/min。当静压为0.03Mpa时,动压可控制在0.02Mpa±0.002Mpa且流量>6L/min。
1.2.7压力传感器0-1.6Mpa,分辨率0.001Mpa。
1.2.8流量传感器0-50L/min 和0-300L/min,精度≤0.5%。
1.2.9称重范围0-30kg,精度±0.01kg。
1.2.10液位传感器0-500mm,精度≤0.5%。
1.2.11供水进口配前置过滤器。
1.2.12需要按照 EN997 提供标准水箱(附录A)、B管、C管、冲洗阀(附录F)。
1.2.13设备上位机采用一体式触屏工控电脑,软件采用Labview,进行数据采集和报告输出,采样速率≥1KHz。

1.2 Technical requirements:
1.2.1 The structural design of the test bench follows
1.2.2 The piping design of the equipment follows Appendix B.1 of EN997, and the test bench is equipped with two water supply pipes, DN40 and DN20, for testing flush valve type toilets and water tank type toilets.
1.2.3 The test bench is equipped with a for installing built-in water tanks, which can move freely up and down through a sliding rail and support bracket, controlled by an electric or pneumatic lifting device.
1.2.4 A camera is provided above the toilet sample for video monitoring, and a separate display is used for recording and monitoring purposes.
1.2.5 Pressure regulators are used to connect to existing high-pressure water supply pipes for regular pressure adjustment, while variable frequency pumps are used for low water pressure water supply pressure and flow control, with a constant supply pressure range of 0-1.0 MPa, with the lowest pressure controlled at 0.03 MPa±0.003 MPa.
1.2.6 With a supply dynamic pressure range of 0-0.6 MPa, when the pressure difference does not exceed 35 kPa, the flow rate should not be less than 38 L/min, while at a static pressure of 0.03 MPa, the dynamic pressure can be controlled at 0.02 MPa±0.002 MPa while maintaining a flow rate >6 L/min.
1.2.7 A pressure sensor with a range of 0-1.6 MPa and a resolution of 0.001 MPa is used, while a flow sensor with a range of 0-50 L/min and 0-300 L/min with an accuracy of ≤ 0.5% is also used.
1.2.8 A weight scale range of 0-30 kg with an accuracy of ± 0.01 kg is also used, while a liquid level sensor with a range of 0-500 mm and an accuracy of ≤ 0.5% is provided as well, with a pre-filter installed at the water inlet port for the supply pipe.
1.2.9 The equipment upper computer uses an integrated touch screen industrial control computer, with software using Labview for data acquisition and report output, with a sampling rate of ≥ 1KHz .
