重力式冲水装置综合试验机

（一）依据标准：

水箱配件/卫生洁具  便器用重力式冲水装置综合性能试验机的主要依据标准包括GB/T 26730-2011、AS 1172.2-1999第二部份水箱、ASME

A112.18.1-2005、ATS5200.016-2005以及ATS5200.017-2005。测试水箱配件的各项性能指标。

（二）主要检测项目：

主要检测项目涵盖了水箱配件的进水阀和排水阀的综合性能。具体来说，包括进水阀的进水流量、密封性、耐压性、防虹吸、水击以及临界水位线的测定；排水阀的排水量、排水流量以及密封性的测试。这些项目全面涵盖了水箱配件在实际使用过程中可能遇到的各种性能问题，确保了测试的全面性和准确性。

（三）主要结构：

水箱配件综合性能试验机的主要结构包括主体台架和水路系统。主体台架由设备试验台区域、供水水源区域构成，包括主架、水箱、不锈钢围板、水泵、阀门等部件，为试验提供稳定可靠的硬件支持。水路系统则由水泵、水箱、管路、阀门和压力传感器等组成，能够提供不同试验要求的水压，并确保压力值的稳定。

（四）主要要求与技术指标：

水压的静压范围：0.05～2.0MPa，精度达到0.5级；

真空负压的范围：-90~0KPa，精度为1.0级。

(I) Basis of Standard: The main reference standards for the gravity flushing device for water tank fittings/sanitary fixtures include GB/T 26730-2011, AS 1172.2-1999 Part 2 Water Tank, ASME A112.18.1-2005, ATS5200.016-2005, and ATS5200.017-2005, to test various performance indicators of water tank fittings.

(II) Main Inspection Items: The main inspection items cover the comprehensive performance of water inlet and outlet valves of water tank fittings. Specifically, they include the measurement of inlet flow rate, sealing, pressure resistance, anti-phlegm action, water impact, and critical waterline of inlet valve; testing of drainage volume, drainage flow rate, and sealing of drainage valve. These items comprehensively cover various performance issues that may be encountered during practical use of water tank fittings, ensuring the comprehensiveness and accuracy of testing.

(III) Main Structure: The main structure of the water tank fittings comprehensive performance test machine includes a main frame and a water supply system. The main frame includes a test platform area, a water supply source area, including a main frame, a water tank, stainless steel enclosure, water pump, valve and other components, providing a stable and reliable hardware support for the test. The water supply system is composed of water pump, water tank, pipes, valves, and pressure sensors, which can provide water pressure for different test requirements and ensure stable pressure values.
