重力式冲水装置寿命及抗热变性试验机

（一）依据标准：

水箱配件/重力式冲水装置寿命及抗热变性试验机的设计和测试主要依据以下标准：GB/T 26750-2011、EN997-2003（E）的5.8.6部分、AS 1172.2-1999的第二部分水箱以及ATS5200.016-2005。这些标准提供了详细的测试方法和要求，以确保试验机能够准确评估重力式冲水装置的寿命和抗热变性性能。

（二）主要检测项目：

该试验机的主要检测项目包括进水阀的寿命、排水阀的寿命以及进水阀的抗热变性。

（三）设备主要技术参数：

试验工位：2个水箱配件进排水阀寿命测试，2个抗热变性测试。

压力测试范围：0～1.0 Mpa，精度0.5级。

液位测试范围：0～10 Kpa，精度0.5级。

水泵参数：扬程95米，流量4m³/h或2m³/h。

(II) Main Inspection Items:

The main inspection items of the testing machine include the lifespan of inlet valves, the lifespan of outlet valves, and the thermal stability of inlet valves.

(III) Main Technical Parameters of the Equipment:

Test positions: 2 for testing the lifespan of water箱 accessories inlet and outlet valves, and 2 for testing thermal stability.

Pressure testing range: 0～1.0 Mpa, with an accuracy of 0.5 grade.

Liquid level testing range: 0～10 Kpa, with an accuracy of 0.5 grade.

Pump parameters: lift height of 95 meters, flow rate of 4m³/h or 2m³/h.
